The Role:

As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Blade Labs' expansion and fortifying our position as a leader in the digital asset and tokenization industry. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who is adept at identifying and cultivating strategic relationships that unlock value and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Blade Labs' growth objectives, focusing on scaling our existing customer base and partnership pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with existing and potential partners across various sectors including Foundations, Layer 1s, Free Zones, RegTech, PaymentTech, Custodians, and Exchanges.
  • Market Expansion: Spearhead our expansion efforts into key markets, with a heavy focus on the Middle East and India, identifying opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure the successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the partnership strategy and its impact on the company’s growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact our business or open new opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a similar leadership role focused on partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the digital asset, blockchain, or fintech sectors. Strong understanding of the tokenization space and digital assets, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in this area to diverse audiences.

Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive growth. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges and seizing opportunities in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to align with the CET time zone and focus on the Middle East and India markets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
