We are iVE/ONE, a FinTech company based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and Hong Kong. We provide a digital asset infrastructure to banks, enterprises, asset managers, and investment firms that enable them to access tokenized securities and cryptocurrencies over APIs or a White Label solution.
Since we are expanding and growing, we have an amazing opportunity for you. We are looking for a Head of Sales & Partnerships (m/f/d) who has a passion to promote our products around digital banking, finance, or blockchain.
Aufgaben
- Continuous increase in revenue from our solutions and services with new institutional clients in Germany and EEA
- Expand sales strategy focused on results-driven selling and grow the company's customer base by developing new client relationships
- Responsible for sales and customer success and guiding growth with a comprehensive budget, cost, and schedule control
- Create new partnerships by proactively prospecting potential customers with your team
- Create clear goals and metrics for your team and ensure a clean CRM pipeline and operational excellence in sales processes
- Leverage your network and build strong relationships with organizations in various target industries and develop strategic partnerships in relevant business areas
- Build a high-performing, KPI-driven team of sales experts and leaders
- Identify new market opportunities and develop sales solutions to add value to the client's business strategy
- Ensure continuously adaption and improvement of our solutions in collaboration with the product and marketing
- Analyze and share key insights from our operational metrics, market trends and customer feedback
- Relieving the CEO of both content and strategic sales issues so that he can fully concentrate on corporate strategy and growth initiatives
Qualifikation
- Extensive experience in sales functions and market development of enterprise SaaS products, ideally in financial services or tech
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers and partnerships
- Confident in dealing with executives and business partners at the management level
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and solution-oriented hands-on thinking
- Ability to inspire and engage people
- Understanding of complex services
- Entrepreneurship thinking and leading sales teams in B2B and SaaS business
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems such as Hubspot
- Relevant network within the financial market industry to fuel the sales pipeline
- Experience or knowledge in digital assets is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
