Our HR team oversees and contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to support leaders and our employees. While HR, at its core, focuses on the mindful management of the company's relationship with our employees, culture management focuses on the heartfelt aspects of the employees' relationships with the company. Our HR team consists of professionals in Business Partners and CoEs (sub functions within HR that use best practices to develop and support critical capabilities that align with the organizational priorities) e.g., Talent acquisition, HR operations, C&B, talent analytics, etc.
The HRM (EMEIA) plays a leading role in ensuring the employee population in the EMEIA region receive a great level of HR Support. This is a hands on role involving benefits and payroll administration, employee communication, ER issues, leadership partnering and project work supporting a population across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Act as a local ‘temperature’ expert, maintaining strong current knowledge of employee feelings in different teams and locations, reviewing and discussing with HRD to identify when intervention or escalation is required;
- Mediate and resolve employee disputes, partnering with managers to identify possible situations of concern and providing guidance and support in resolving these;
- Collate exit interview data for the region, partner with colleagues in different locations to identify patterns and agree next steps;
- Lead quarterly benefits and policy reviews with Reward Team - reviewing employee feedback, benefits take up and ensuring all regions have policies in line with central company policy;
- Lead on training delivery where required, with support from T&D Team in developing delivery materials;
- Review payroll for each region, ensuring error rate remains minimal (sub 1%);
- Review local policies/Employee Handbooks on a regular basis, ensuring legal compliance whilst adhering to company standards;
- Partner with HRA to ensure excellent records are maintained at all times for auditing purposes
Requirements
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in Human Resources will be a plus
