Job Responsibilities

• Provide data transactions-related services within the scope of HR Shared Services Center in accordance with SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Responsible for the update, maintenance employee data information with the authority to enter the system to modify information
• Responsible for the update, and maintenance of organizational information, such as organizational structure adjustment in Success Factors, and other inhouse developed HR systems; data change, etc.
• Responsible for inquiries and inquiries escalation processing related to the services providedResponsible for continuously improving knowledge base information such as HR Portal and FAQ of related services
• Responsible for identifying and reporting process issues related to work scope, and assisting in process change, including updating and writing SOPs and User Guides
• Responsible for responding and handling major issues in the Binance’s HR system management, provide timely feedback to team lead
• Responsible for generating routine reports in HRIS for intern stakeholders
• Responsible for other work assigned by team lead

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1 years working experience in HRIS (Preferably Success Factors)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in HR operation or Shared Service, working history in a big MNC or fast-growing hi-tech company is a plus
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
