Web3 Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-oriented Operational Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of online campaigns across our App and web platforms, driving user growth, engagement, and retention in the Web3/FinTech space.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of online campaigns (e.g., new user rewards, trading competitions, airdrops, referral programs, holiday marketing).
• Performance Analysis: Establish data monitoring frameworks (tracking participation, conversion, retention, trading volume) and conduct post-mortem analyses to iterate campaign mechanics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• User Growth & Retention: Design tailored campaign mechanisms (tiered rewards, task systems, viral loops) to boost core business KPIs.
• Competitor Research: Monitor operational strategies of compliant exchanges (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken) and synthesize industry best practices into actionable ideas.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks (e.g., bonus hunting, wash trading) and collaborate with Risk/Compliance teams to design anti-fraud mechanisms.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Background: Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of operations experience in Internet, FinTech, or Web3 industries. Experience with crypto exchanges, wallets, or payment solutions is a huge plus.
• Campaign Management: Proven track record in independent, end-to-end campaign planning (including goal breakdown, mechanics, budgeting, and contingency plans).
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools is highly preferred.
• Project Management: Excellent coordination skills to efficiently align resources across Design, Tech, and Product teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of the crypto/Web3 space and exchange business models (Spot, Futures, Earn, etc.).

🌟 Bonus Points

• Experience in designing viral growth/referral mechanisms.
• Experience in running trading competitions or liquidity mining campaigns.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like MiCA (for the European market).
