Social Media Marketing Manager & Community Cultivator
Fairside, a first-of-its-kind theft coverage protocol, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our community engagement and brand growth initiatives. We help cryptocurrency users navigate loss from 30+ different types of thefts and scams that would otherwise force them out of crypto.
This critical role will be our first full-time social media position, requiring a unique individual who can develop long-term strategies while executing short-term content needs. The right candidate will have the potential to grow into a marketing leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Optimization: Organize and maximize the impact of our content across platforms, optimizing for views and engagement.
- Community Leadership: Foster and guide our community culture across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Content Creation & Curation: Produce engaging content including memes, security threads, and short-form videos that resonate with the crypto community.
- Multi-Channel Management: Share content and announcements across multiple channels, tailoring approach for each platform.
- Partner & Ambassador Coordination: Juggle multiple relationships, ensuring smooth communication and aligned messaging.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to inform content strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- Brand Awareness: Drive growth in brand recognition and audience engagement across all social media channels.

Requirements:
- U.S. based
- 2+ years of professional experience in social media, marketing, or at a crypto company.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Crypto Native: Deeply saturated in Crypto Twitter, particularly in NFT circles.
- Personal X account engaged in crypto industry circles (1+ year).
- Experience managing social media for a crypto company.
- Background in crypto security.
- Willingness to host Twitter spaces or moderate community conversations.
