About the Role:

This is a senior role which requires 100% remote work!

Blingy Lab is looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Intern to join our team. You will be working to build our social media presence and humanize our brand through the thorough execution of brand and content strategies that engage our targeted audiences. You will be working with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive inbound traffic to increase revenue.

The Ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with experience in the field of social media, influencers, and video content, who have an appreciation for mobile application and the beauty industry. This is an amazing opportunity to own our social presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts while building brand value.

Key responsibilities:

• Update and monitor (scheduling, responding, engaging, publishing, etc.) all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Consistently create original video content to be shared across all social media platforms.
• Implement social media strategy, including identifying opportunities for audience and traffic growth across all social platforms and managing our content calendar.
• Analyze performance of our social content and provide insight to the team on a weekly basis.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty and social media trends.
• Grow our social following using strategic growth strategies and innovative content.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in managing and growing major social media platforms (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
• Background in video recording and editing (preferred).
• Passion for both the beauty and technology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write clear and engaging social media content.
• Up to date with the latest trends in social media.
• Good work ethics, hardworking and flexible.
