CryptoFi is a crypto-as-service solutions provider that develops both cryptocurrency APIs and crypto currency management platforms for financial institutions, including banks and credit unions.

The CryptoFi product suite delivers financial institutions a fully integrated system to drive additional non-interest revenue, reduce capital flight, attract, and retain users, and incentivize customers to transact more through their existing banking web or mobile app. Fully integrated into core digital banking platforms or available via API, CryptoFi solutions allows end users to buy, sell and hold cryptocurrency safely with their bank or credit union.

We have 2 core product lines that we develop:

-Financial services technology platforms such as Alkami, Banno, Finastra, FiServ, Q2 and others

-APIs for banks, credit unions, fintechs etc

About the Role

Our Content Marketing Intern will help build out the marketing roadmap for our various marketing efforts – social, technical, and website. You will provide thoughtful content strategies around a variety of topics. The Content Marketing Intern should possess broad writing skills and significant insight into how written content can drive awareness or target client actions.

The Content Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting our company’s brand, marketing strategy, and publishing efforts through the creation of engaging content, both online and offline, through a wide variety of content outlets, websites, and social media platforms.

This position is centered around the development of marketing content and social media management. This opportunity provides a unique experience to the right candidate!

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with business stakeholders including the sales team, product team, and marketing manager to identify content opportunities, understand business goals and client acquisition targets

• Own your own 'content portfolio' including the marketing plan, positioning statements, potential sales engagement materials, and content distribution expansion ideas

• Evaluate competitive content offerings and contribute to strategies for writing compelling content that positions us positively against the competition

• Utilizes graphic design elements to create content that is appealing to potential audiences and promotes the company’s brand

• Assist with content development and distribution of goals - including content types, distribution models, development schedules, and market positioning

• Help with the implementation of the marketing roadmap

• Conduct market research on cryptocurrency, and banking industries

• Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms with responses that generate positive correspondence

• Track and measure the success of social media campaigns using KPIs

• Other tasks or duties as assigned

What we need from you:

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Internship

• Pay: Unpaid, although college credit is available

• Location: 100% Remote

• Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM, minimum of 20 hours per week

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Current enrollment in a 4-year university program pursing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.

• 2+ years of college experience in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact at all levels from clients to leadership

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

• Familiarity with marketing platforms

• Passion in cryptocurrency

• Establish credibility and build a consensus across teams and diverse personalities

• Tactical and proactive - willing to help team members complete task

• Highly adaptable and flexible - CryptoFi is a highly dynamic, fast paced environment

• Experience with Adobe Create Suite and Google Data Studio

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel
