Web3 Solana Engineer

Your Mission as a  Solana Engineer:

• Lead the development and optimization of smart contracts and decentralized applications using Solana.
• Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability between Solana and other blockchains, such as Ethereum and Cosmos.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Solana-based solutions into our platform.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem, introducing new technologies and innovations to our projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and advanced Solana development techniques.

Your Profile:

• +3 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in Solana development and smart contract creation.
• Solid understanding of Rust programming language.
• Experience in developing cross-chain solutions, with knowledge of Cosmos SDK and Ethereum being a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Solana’s decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape and its applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for blockchain innovation
