Web3 KYB Analyst - Maker

Responsibilities

• Partner with relationship managers and Compliance teams to assist with the preparation, development, due diligence and approval of the Know Your Client (KYC) file and supporting appendices
• Create and maintain KYC/KYB files by obtaining information from internal and external sources 
• Validate the information within KYC/KYB flows within the work-stream to ensure completion and accuracy
• Ensure KYC/KYB files incorporate local regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Appropriately assess risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to internal policy, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
• Assist in the preparation of the report workflow progress 
• Assist in departmental projects as required

Requirements

• 2/3 years of experience in compliance 
• Experience gained from a regulated financial institution 
• Experience in financial crimes compliance (AML-CTF, sanctions, fraud, corruption)
• Active interest in the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong sense of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
• Willing to get hands-on with challengesInitiative driven
• Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
