We are also partnering with the biggest creators in the world to have digital twins made of them, enabling fans to create hyper personalized, immersive experiences with their favourite creators, at scale.

With the upcoming launch of the VC-backed $OH token, targeting September TGE, we are poised to lead the next wave of AI content and community engagement and ownership.

We are a Web2.5 business - while we are actively building within Web3, we have massive appeal and demand outside of Web3 and our platform itself is not on-chain. Our goal is to onboard millions of users to use Web3 and generative AI technologies, and to do that we believe in abstracting the complicated tech and experiences away from everyday users, but without sacrificing on the functionality and depth of uses we can offer to those who do want to go deeper. We should appeal to and be usable by someone who’s never had a wallet before, as much as the most Web3-native degen person out there.

Role Summary:

As the Blockchain Lead Engineer at Oh.xyz, you will spearhead the integration of blockchain technologies into our product offerings. This role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on development skills. You will collaborate closely with the CEO on blockchain strategy and lead the development of protocols and DeFi applications, as well as advise and manage the development of smart contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of blockchain-based projects, focusing on EVM-compatible chains
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, staying abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and protocols.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, Product Lead and other stakeholders to define and execute the strategic direction for Oh’s blockchain initiatives.
• Design, build, and optimize decentralized applications.
• Ensure robust, scalable, and secure blockchain solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.
• Engage with the broader blockchain community to foster partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
• Advise and manage developers of smart contracts for our token and superModels

You should have:

• Proven experience in blockchain development, particularly on EVM chains or Solana using Solidity and preferably also Rust.
• Experience developing in Python.
• In-depth understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including various blockchain technologies, projects and chains.
• Ability to work both as a strategic partner to the leadership team and as a hands-on developer.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High level of commitment and ambition.
