YFX is a market leading decentralized perpetual exchange, founded in 2021. As the pinoeer of decentralized pepetual trading, we first introduced peer to pool model for liquidity providers, which has been widely used by most top tier pepertual exchanges like GMX, GNS, Equation, etc.

Job Description:  

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for YFX that aligns with our mission to pioneer decentralized technology, driving adoption and user growth within the blockchain ecosystem .
• Formulate and refine the positioning of YFX's in Onchain Trading offerings, leveraging in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and crypto market insights to differentiate our products.
• Collaborate with Web3 product teams, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and messaging that aligns with user expectations and the ethos of the decentralized web.
• Track the performance of campaigns and provide data-backed insights to optimize future campaigns and find new opportunity areas


What We Look For In You
• Solid experience working across marketing, product, sales, strategy and operations
• Solid experience building, managing, and scaling all aspects of go-to-market programs - everything from strategic planning - to content marketing - to go-to-market implementation through project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to outline strategy in 'white paper type' documents and subsequent actionable, detailed plans
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to resolve challenges
• Bias for action, with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Attention to detail while balancing big-picture strategic work.
• Thrive when working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment and inspire others around you
