We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in marketing strategy, demand generation, and product marketing, with a strong willingness to roll up their sleeves and actively participate in manual posting and other tasks while we work to automate processes. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth, engage our community, and showcase the unique offerings of Art Blocks.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Art Blocks' goals and vision, focusing on demand generation, user acquisition, driving site traffic and brand awareness
• Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing
• Oversee product marketing efforts, creating compelling narratives that highlight the value and impact of our platform and generative content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with product launches and other initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results and inform future strategies
• Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with our community and industry influencers to foster meaningful relationships and increase brand visibility
• Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to support their efforts effectively
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address potential challenges proactively
• Actively participate in day-to-day marketing tasks, such as content creation, posting, and community engagement, as we work to streamline and automate processes
  
  

• Proven experience as a marketing manager or a similar role, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Strong background in marketing strategy, demand generation, and product marketing, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and the art industry is highly desirable
• A hands-on and proactive approach, with a willingness to dive into the details and actively participate in manual marketing tasks when required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
• Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and the potential of generative content to shape the future of art and technology
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
