Concept Art House is hiring a Web3 Partnership Lead

Concept Art House is offering Art, Game Dev, Web3, Marketing, NFTs services and more. . Concept Art house is looking for a Partnership Lead to join our small but highly experienced team to focus on launching, improving and scaling our partnerships.
You’ll wear many hats as a key player in generating wins for our end-customers, our partners, and Concept Art House. We’re looking for somebody with strong analytical, operational, and strategic experience, who isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves and get the job done.
What you will do
- Identify & develop relationships with clients and understand their project needs
- Represent Concept Art House and market our brand externally given public facing facets of the company and the benefits of working with our team
- Identify and vet projects and inform key stakeholders of why this project is important to take on
- Assess and develop a strategy of what services clients would be interested in: Art, Advisory, game dev, tech, drop design, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and drive requirements to develop and scale programs, operations and business strategy
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for innovative approaches.
- Partner with internal and external business partners to negotiate deal terms

What skills you will need
- 3+ years experience in high-growth Business Development, Partnership Management or Channel Partnerships
- Clear communication, structured thinking, organization and project management skills
- Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the organization
- Strong negotiator and big, ambitious problem solver in regards to how we drive value with our partners
- Comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial and fast paced environment, building new workstreams & processes
- Must be a Crypto Native
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with multiple external partners across different time zones
- Ability to work with, and manage, different internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- Knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain/NFTs and understanding of art development and games industry
