Web3 Product Manager, Technical

Compensation: $61k - $80k estimated

Location: CA Los Angeles, California, United States

As a Technical Product Manager at GreenPark, you will help to lead our product vision by translating business requirements into technical specifications, prioritizing features and tracking outcomes with the scientific method. You will use SQL to gather data, data tools (DBT) to translate date and reporting software (Tableau) to visualize KPI's. You will report to the Director of Product Management and work with Analysts, Engineers, Producers, Game Designers, and UI/UX Designers to build the future of our Fan Engagement experiences for sports. A successful candidate will have a technical background with a passion for evidence-based product and business analysis using analytic tools and technology to inform product decisions.

About The Role

  • Define and scope new products and services that promote GreenPark's user engagement, retention and monetization through the GreenPark App and Web 3.0 products
  • Generating agreement for the product vision with leadership and partner teams
  • Create an optimized and logically sequenced roadmap with game designers and development teams
  • Translate customer experiences into clearly defined product requirements
  • Collaborate with Producers to schedule upcoming milestones and features
  • Create and maintain a library of data, analysis and actionable requirements for implementation
  • Define and track KPIs with regular insights and forward looking plans
  • Leading cross-functionally to ensure the product vision is implemented
  • Lead the analysis of game data to acquire insights and provide actionable insights
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of a great customer experience
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on our products' performance

Who You Are/Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience (preferred Apps and/or games)
  • Technical background and capable of using data tools like DBT, SQL and reporting software like Tableau.
  • Technical proficiency demonstrated through technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes
  • Technical Leadership capabilities with multi-discipline teams
  • Self-starter who likes to work autonomously and take ownership
  • Expert communicator
  • Strong organizational skills, project management skills with attention to details
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and creative-thinking skills
  • Experience summarizing quantitative product analysis with other sources of business insights
  • Can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly and succinctly
  • Technical background with strength in using data analysis tools and methodology
  • Ability to pivot priorities
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience contributing to technology decisions related to a product strategy
  • Experience defining developer facing tools and services for use inside of apps and backend systems

Bonus

  • Experience leading Product's on Web 3.0 and a passionate about Web 3.0 initiatives (decentralization, openness, and greater user utility)
  • Courage to take the leap from understanding what's going on, to brainstorming ways to improve it, and then creating actionable steps to reach that goal.
  • Experience with Atlassian products; Jira and Confluence and implementing new processes
  • Understand games Ad tech, including targeting, programmatic, mediation, rewarded video, SSP's, DSP's
  • Familiarity with KPI's that drive business goals and game publishing
  • Exposure to aspects of game development from low-level engine development through high-level IP development
  • Understand die-hard fandom and can empathize with our sports fan players
  • Avid gamer familiar with mobile gaming practices
