Ava Labs is hiring a Web3 Recruitment Coordinator
Compensation: $45k - $63k estimated
Location: remote
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects/programs
- Identify roadblocks affecting recruitment efficiency and continually automate/improve process
- Coordination of recruitment projects with internal teams and executives
- Collaborate with department heads to identify job openings, prepare job description, requirements and interview plans
- Post and promote job openings and recruitment content; via social media, job boards and various industry advertising platforms
- Schedule and conducting interviews
- Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of interview and hiring records
- Occasionally arrange travel for candidates to interviews
- Assist with the management of offer processes
- Compile reports on recruitment metrics and flows
- Participate in a variety recruitment events (meetups, conferences, job fairs…etc)
- Perform background and reference checks
- Assist onboarding team with collection of employee information for onboarding
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and/or regulations.
- Maintain familiarity with global immigration and re-certification process
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational psychology or related field
- 2+ years of administrative support as a recruitment coordinator
- 1+ year of experience in a startup or high growth environment
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruitment process
- Greenhouse or similar ATS
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Social media (Twitter, Instagram, Discord)
- Google Business Suite
- Slack
- GEM, GitHub, Triplebyte or similar recruiting platform tools are a plus
- Strong background and knowledge of employment law
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Great interpersonal phone and written communication skills
