Create and implement comprehensive business development strategies to position Wormhole Labs as the preferred partner for blockchain solutions. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, and enterprise clients, driving adoption and integration of our solutions and services. Partner with product and engineering teams to support launches and align GTM strategies with client needs. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies. Build, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closure. Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver seamless client solutions and drive successful outcomes.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or strategy roles within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, protocols, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions. Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to drive strategy and decision-making. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Relationship Builder: Proven ability to cultivate and nurture high-value partnerships. Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating in a remote-first environment.

NICE TO HAVES

Experience working with blockchain foundations, DAOs, DeFi companies, and protocols. Technical knowledge or hands-on experience with blockchain development tools. Familiarity with analytics platforms like Solscan, Etherscan, Dune Analytics, or similar tools.
