About Us
0xbow is the DeFi sector's response to the growing need for a balanced approach to privacy and regulatory compliance. Weâre building the next generation of privacy infrastructure for Ethereum and beyond. Privacy Pools is a groundbreaking protocol enabling transactional privacy without compromising on compliance. We believe in privacy as a public good and are committed to building tools that are secure, composable, and ready for mass adoption.
As we grow, we're looking for an Integrations Engineer to help extend Privacy Pools to other L1s/L2s, work closely with partner teams, and build the scaffolding that makes the protocol work everywhere.
What Youâll Do
- Own the end-to-end technical deployment of Privacy Pools on new networks.
- Collaborate with partner ecosystems and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and network-specific optimizations.
- Develop and maintain deployment scripts, contracts, and monitoring tooling tailored for each target chain.
- Handle RPCs, cross-chain idiosyncrasies, relayer coordination, and infrastructure requirements.
- Contribute to technical documentation for deployments and help make the onboarding process self-serve for future engineers.
- Help shape product decisions by creating feedback loops for the integrations.
What Weâre Looking For
- Strong experience working with smart contracts (Solidity).
- Youâve worked in privacy, bridges, or infrastructure-heavy web3 environments.
- DevOps skills and familiarity with node operators, relayer services, and running RPC endpoints.
- You're comfortable reading and modifying protocol-level code and coordinating cross-team integrations.
Why Join Us?
- We're a small, mission-driven team with real traction and real impact.
- Youâll work at the bleeding edge of compliance-preserving privacy.
- The work you do will directly influence the success of Privacy Pools across chains.
- Competitive compensation, and a chance to shape the future of private, compliant finance.
