Haven is an early-stage start up building the future of Web3 communities. We're building a SocialFi platform that makes it easy for Web3 community builders to launch and run a token-powered community. Our vision is to be an ecosystem for community that are powered by token economies â rewarding creators and community participants. We're looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to be on the founding team as a Founding Engineer to lead the technical vision for the product.Â
What you'll do:
- Work closely with our lead designer and founder to help inform product strategy and implement the backend and front-end for new features
- Collaborate with a smart contract engineer to build out on-chain mechanics
- Help architect and systems design the product implementation
- Be one of the first members of a really scrappy team working within Web3
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a track record of building high-quality products, preferably in the Web3/crypto space
- Crypto/Web3 knowledge, ideally active in the crypto space for some time
- Proficiency with front-end and back-end development using Javascript and Node.js
- Some familiarity with Solidity smart contracts
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- You'll be one of the earliest employees with significant equity stake in the company
