Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customers to help them understand how to best use Omni’s technologies within their systems as well as helping them iterate on their architecture.
- Consistently simplify the experience of using Omni's technologies by building tooling tooling around the core network functionalities.
- Build Solidity based tooling and template repositories.
- Build Typescript based tooling and websites to help improve our developer experience and accelerate our business development growth.
- Act as a consultant to the business development team to help them understand all of the technical requirements necessary for potential customers to adopt Omni within their technology stack.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Solidity smart contract development with at least one production grade deployment that handled over $10m in TVL.
- 3+ years of Typescript development across the SDK, backend and frontend levels.
- Previously spent 1+ year in a technical role that regularly interfaced with customers directly at a startup with less than 50 employees.
- 1+ year developing with a Web3 specific Typescript SDK like WAGMI, Ethers.js or Web3.js.

- Customer oriented engineer — this team member must be an adept engineer and be energized by the idea of using their abilities to accelerate business growth directly.
- Autonomous — must be able to take high level concepts from product and BD and autonomously own the completion of those technical deliverables from architecture design to production deployment.
- Systematic — proactively takes effort to track their responsibilities and map them out using best practices so that the wider team can better understand progress on multiple dimensions.
