The Tie is hiring a Web3 Sales Development Representative
Compensation: $60k - $80k

The Position
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the company and will be part of building a world-class sales development organization. Your mission will consist of generating sales leads from identified strategic accounts. You will develop personalized outreach strategies to connect with the target personas and turn prospects into demo opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their objectives and how we can help them. You will evangelize and showcase The TIE value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Raise awareness and generate interest for The TIE through cold calling, emails and social outreach to prospective customers
- Conduct initial discovery calls and set demos for the Account Executives
- Meet or exceed assigned weekly activity targets for calls, emails, messages and demo meetings
- Provide feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the SDR role
- Collaborate with team members in order to share and learn from best practices
- Embrace and become an expert in using all sales enablement technology required by The TIE to achieve success
You are autonomous and flexible, enjoy learning as much as doing, and know how to communicate your ideas. We are looking for talents with the following qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in a sales role in the SaaS space
- Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks
- You are willing to receive and implement feedback
- Good listener
- Team player
- Sales tool experience (CRM & Prospecting Tools like Salesforce/Close/Outreach/Loft e.g,)
- Data proficiency. You know how to leverage all internal and external data resources to effectively prospect
- Salary range: $60,000-$80,000
