Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract auditing. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a team of 5 sales representatives, driving sales, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a team of 5 sales representatives.
- Drive sales by promoting our smart contract auditing services to potential clients.
- Ensure a minimum of 2 deals are closed per week.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
