About the role:

We're looking for an exceptional Sales Lead, APAC with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our founding sales team! The sales team is responsible for landing new SMEs/ Enterprise for the Nas.io business and enterprise solution, generating net new ARR for Nas.io from customers in the APAC region. As one of the founding members of the team, you'll be responsible for helping define our GTM and sales process for APAC, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!

Who this is for:

This role is for builders who want to come and help build a sales org from the ground up. You will need to be able to get your hands dirty but also build strategy and work with our leadership team on shaping the Nas.io product. Our ideal candidate is an exceptional, passionate, entrepreneurial sales leader who can prospect, develop, and close SMEs to large enterprise deals. You should have extensive experience of tech sales to SMEs and large enterprises. Your knowledge of SaaS products combined with superior communication skills and analytical abilities will shape Nas.io’s enterprise business. The role will come with equity in a Series A backed company with significant upside potential.

What you'll achieve:

  • As the Sales Lead for APAC, you will work directly with the Head of Sales and Chief Operating Officer in creating a strategy to develop net new revenue in the mid-market/enterprise segment for Nas.io business products.
  • You will be Nas Company’s face to businesses and large scale organisations.
  • Help build the strategy and foundations of Sales at Nas.io in APAC
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how community should be part of their company’s strategy and why they should be building with Nas.io
  • Meet and exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Buddy with the Account Management teams to onboard new customers and honing our customer journey to set new customers up for longer term success with Nas.io
  • Provide feedback to shape our future product

What skills you'll need to bring:

  • You are inspired by our mission of bringing people together
  • You have 5+ years of tech sales experience, including at least 2+ years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software company, selling to Directors, VP, and C-level with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline, qualify a high volume of new opportunities, and close deals.
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
  • A phenomenally strong communicator, with a high EQ and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team
  • An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem solving as part of a global leadership team
  • You've built new business sales playbooks or processes
  • You've been a first or early hire at a fast growing start up before
