Web3 Sales Strategy & Operations Manager

The Role

Swan is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and support the leadership team in driving our sales initiatives to new heights.

Your responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Collaborate with the CRO and marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Swan’s business objectives, with a specific focus of driving Bitcoin adoption.
    • Utilize your expertise in Bitcoin and knowledge of financial markets to identify new growth opportunities, target market segments, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
    • Manage campaign planning, messaging, training, and lead management processes to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials that resonate with Bitcoiners & Soon-to-be-Bitcoiners and effectively communicate the benefits of Swan products and services.
  2. Sales Team Support and Enablement
    • Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to maximize efficiency, streamline operations, and accelerate sales cycles.
    • Identify and implement tools and technologies that enhance sales productivity, enable accurate forecasting, and drive pipeline visibility.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of qualified leads, optimize lead routing processes, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
  3. Sales Analytics
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales analytics and reporting frameworks to track performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives in the Bitcoin and financial markets.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the CRO, marketing team, and executive leadership, highlighting key metrics, performance indicators, and actionable recommendations.
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales data to identify patterns, customer behavior insights, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly the marketing team, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

  • The ideal candidate is a Bitcoin expert with deep knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, and Bitcoin fundamentals.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy and operations or a similar role within the fintech, wealth, or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of wealth and financial markets, including market dynamics, trends, and regulatory considerations related to Bitcoin.
  • Required to work US timezones, but can be based anywhere.
