Mentor, inspire, and grow a high-performing team across account management, creative, and production functions. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
Client Leadership & Strategic Growth
Own and deepen senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner to drive measurable business impact. Develop and present compelling strategies that align experiential marketing with clients’ business objectives, securing long-term partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and expand AGM’s footprint within existing client accounts.
Financial & Commercial Ownership
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies, ensuring commercial success and sustainable profitability. Optimize project profitability by ensuring financial discipline across budgets, supplier negotiations, and client reporting. Manage and sign off on campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and client expectations.
Business Development & Innovation
Identify and seize opportunities for organic growth, expanding revenue streams and enhancing service offerings. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new technologies (AI, digital, immersive experiences) to evolve AGM’s service model. Lead pitches and proposal development for new business acquisition.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a dynamic leader with a track record of success in experiential marketing and agency leadership. Key Qualifications & Experience Experienced Leader: 10+ years of agency or marketing experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.Strategic Growth Driver: Demonstrated success in agency growth, client retention, and business expansion.Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management skills.Experiential Marketing Expert: Deep knowledge of experiential marketing, event production, and brand activations.Cross-Functional Collaborator: Comfortable working in an integrated marketing environment (paid, owned, earned media).Innovative & Future-Focused: Passionate about emerging trends, technology, and the future of brand experiences.Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
