About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in blockchain security to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our security products and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the blockchain and cryptocurrency market. You will be responsible for disclosing security research on web3 space vulnerabilities with the OKX WEB3 security team and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners, gathering feedback to inform product improvements and future development.
- Track and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to optimize product strategy and drive growth.
- Ensure that products adhere to the highest standards of security, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Stay current on developments in blockchain security, including new threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or cybersecurity industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, security principles, and the evolving threat landscape.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing security products or services in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Haves:
- Basic understanding of Solidity, Rust Python programming language
- Figma, or other related design tool
- Proficiency in SQL
