The opportunity

• Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive SEO plans to boost organic visibility and traffic across international markets.

• Technical Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement scalable SEO solutions.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Site Health Maintenance: Conduct regular audits to ensure optimal site health and proactively address technical SEO issues.

Skills you should HODL

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing technical, large-scale SEO projects, with a focus on international markets.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of how site architecture, and web platform optimizations interact with crawlers and impact site performance.

• Proficiency in programmatic SEO techniques to drive large-scale optimizations and the ability to work effectively with leading headless CMS platforms.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and automate processes to derive data-driven recommendations.

• Experience leveraging LLMs to enhance scalability and velocity of SEO projects.

• Collaboration: Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, legal, and content teams.

• Passion for Cryptocurrency: While prior experience in the crypto industry is not required, a strong interest and willingness to learn are essential.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not required.
