Web3 Social Media Guerrilla Marketer

About Us:

We are a new and rapidly growing web3 gaming start-up (aradena.io). Our first title Aradena: Battlegrounds is reimagining the future of competitive strategy gaming and radically improving player experiences with web3 technologies to drive mass adoption from traditional gamers. It is a free-to-play, Tactical TCG where collectable cards come to life in strategic, 3D gameplay.

We are also releasing a premium gaming and ecosystem cryptocurrency in June 2023, which we are currently promoting the launch for.

About The Role:

We’re looking for someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to help tell the world about our brand. The successful candidate will have proven experience in using creative guerrilla marketing tactics to raise brand awareness through growth hacking and driving community growth and engagement, ideally in a startup environment.

KPIs will be measured on rapidly increasing metrics around community sizes and engagement metrics, particularly on Discord, TikTok, Telegram and Twitter, among others - whilst also increasing brand awareness. The most immediate tasks will be to drive hype in anticipation of our cryptocurrency token launch, so experience with successfully executing a token launch will be ideal.

This is a remote working role and gives the right candidate the chance to join a rapidly growing team in an exciting industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and execute ambitious guerrilla marketing campaigns and growth hacking tactics that have an exponential impact on growth metrics and brand awareness.
• Focus on quick, short timeframes with immediate impact.
• Support execution of the overall marketing strategies and day to day marketing operations.
• Expert level knowledge on guerrilla marketing growth through Discord, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter and Reddit.

Requirements:

• Proven results in leading guerrilla marketing campaigns and growth hacking methods.
• Proven results in rapidly improving community growth and engagement metrics
• Ability to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment, and attention to details
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience in web3, and ideally GameFi is preferred
• Experience in promoting a cryptocurrency token launch is highly desired
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and effective time-management skills

Nice to haves:

• Gamers who love tactical TCGs and medieval fantasy games
• Curiosity to learn anything about web3, from cryptos to blockchain games
• Foreign language fluency
