Web3 Solana Name Service Community Manager

About Us:

Solana Name Service (sns.id) is the most integrated Web3 domain name service on Solana. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Community Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence across various social media platforms and communities. If you are passionate about blockchain technology, especially Solana, and love engaging with online communities around the clock, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand community outreach efforts, increasing participant engagement across all social media platforms, mainly twitter, telegram, and other leading quest and SocialFi platforms.
2. Plan, create, and publish compelling content, collaborating with local community managers for accurate translations tailored to each market.
3. Organize and execute both virtual and live events to elevate brand visibility and foster community engagement.
4. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to devise and execute comprehensive social media campaigns and communication strategies.
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals to enhance community engagements.
6. Host and participate in community events such as Discord AMAs, Telegram chats, and Twitter Spaces.
7. Oversee the customer support team to ensure timely and effective responses to community inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management, social media, or a similar role in the Web3 or blockchain sector.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and a belief in the growth potential of Solana.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms.
