Depending on the day, you’ll:
- Run the show. Support/Manage engineers and web designers to deliver projects from concept to implementation in a fast-paced, matrixed environment for our clients.
- Keep the train on track. Manage and drive projects to achieve target scope and schedule while identifying and actively managing dependencies and impacts.
- Direct. You can direct and lead any meeting by mitigating/de-escalating a situation or when discussions go off track.
- Lead. Use influencing abilities to drive evolution and promote best practices.
- Be Agile. You know when to apply other methodologies, understanding the benefits and downfalls of Agile while demonstrating versatility and self-awareness in unanticipated circumstances to respond effectively and resolve unanticipated changes.
- Engage. You are a charismatic person who can talk to anyone, excited to work with clients in building something great while providing the client strategic direction, status updates and asset development.
- Build Rapport & Sustain it. You will be the liaison between your team and stakeholders, ensuring the project expectations are understood and managed.
- Be the Gatekeeper. You have superior organization skills, maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, and action items for the team and have great follow-through on tasks.
- Set the tone of your team’s culture. Provide an absolute best-in-class, special and highly personalized client experience; learn clients’ businesses, brands, industries and competitive landscape.
- Set Expectations. You are an expert at navigating difficult conversations and setting expectations while getting everyone aligned and onboard.
- Collaborate. You have experience collaborating with cross functional teams, communicating downwards and sideways ensuring everyone is on track with achieving the same goals.
- Communicate through adversities. You can confidently convey a message while dealing with ambiguity.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Move Fast. Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Agile is who you are. Over the last 5+ years you have become an expert within an agile methodology
- Scrum Master. You are a scrum master and have experience being a servant leader for both the internal and external team for 5+ years.
- Proficiency in PM Tools. You have 5+ years of experience working with project management tools (Ex: Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Software Development Life Cycle. 2+ years of Software Development Life Cycle experience (analysis, design development, testing, implementation)
- Crushing Goals + Taking Names. You have a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
- Exceptional worth ethic. You are dependable & always looking to get better day in, day out
- Excited to grow your career. You are ready to contribute to a growing business and an evolving team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll clearly and concisely communicate via Google Docs, Slack, and Zoom to name a few.
- Ready and willing to ask and answer questions. You’re comfortable saying you’re unsure, asking for help, and reaching out to assist others.
Required Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master / Advanced Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (nice to have)
- PMP (nice to have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
Nice to have, but not necessary
- Prior experience with requirements gathering, project scoping and SOW development
- Planning and managing website deployments with exposure to React
- Navigating through Github, Figma or any headless CMS

- Wearing many hats is challenging. As the PM, you are at the epicenter of your team. You will need to have a grounded understanding and pulse check for all work that is going down, as you are the main point of contact for the client.
