About the Codefi product group
Codefi is the blockchain application suite powering commerce and finance, built to optimize business processes and digitize financial instruments as well as enabling and growing decentralised finance (DeFi). Codefi is at the forefront of the blockchain fintech revolution and builds, deploys and runs critical applications across both Enterprise and crypto/DeFi and multiple blockchain verticals (assets, payments, workflows, data, etc.). The product group is composed of multiple decentralised product teams across all verticals distributed across Europe and US and working mostly remotely.
About Customer Success at ConsenSys
The Customer Success team provides dedicated, tailor-made support solutions to emerging ConsenSys ventures. Being a newly formed function within ConsenSys, the Senior Technical Support Engineer will have ample latitude in shaping and executing a shared customer success vision.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced support engineer capable of independent problem solving capabilities. A support engineer who is eager to become an expert on Consensys blockchain technologies. The candidate will work closely with Customer Success Leaders, internal and external Engineering teams across Codefi product line.for the products. Your work will ensure the Customer Success team meets all its commitments and has the knowledge and capabilities to deliver best in class support to our customers.
What you’ll do
This role will work with the product team to gain deep hands-on product knowledge and to enable the rest of the support team members. Acting as an elevation point for critical customer issues, this role will work with the product team to address them. Tracking and identifying gaps in support processes and best practices will also be a critical component for this role.
The ideal candidate is hands-on with a proven track record in customer success roles, sense of the crypto industry and its momentum, project management and clear communications skills.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
- You have 4+ years of work experience in technical support.
- Ideally, you already have some knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and in particular you are familiar with some DeFi technologies, products and services.
- You are able to work autonomously, set agendas and prioritize work with minimal input. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and use your networking skills to find good information and clarify the best course of action for the customer.
- You are comfortable working remotely with a global team and a global community, across global time zones, in English and potentially in multiple other languages.
Bonus Points for:
- Interest and up to date with the blockchain.
- Experience in both larger mature enterprises and startup / tech environments.
- Experience working on global projects/teams.
- Ability to travel, when safe, sometimes internationally, for work related events or meetings.
- Hands-on learner and explorer.
- Bias for action.
- Desire to follow through and execute on assignments.
- Knowing when to ask for help.
