Tech Lead - Fintech and Blockchain (NodeJS, Flutter, AWS)

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software related fields(such as Computer Science or Software Engineering) as well as more than 5 years of relevant work experience
• Great coding skills. Especially using Javascript, Dart, and scripting languages such as Bash.
• Experience in building scalable solutions in a large-scale distributed environment.
• Experience in developing mobile applications. Especially if you worked with Flutter before.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, distributed computing, operating systems, computer security, abstractions and software engineering.
• Experience in developing and deploying Fintech/Banking/DeFi/Payment solutions
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and other database technologies.
• Finesse for performance and security
• Experience in leading a development team
• Experience in DevOps (AWS)
• Experience in Agile-Scrum

What will you do?

• Design and develop robust, high-quality, well-tested services in coordination with front-end developers and backend developers.
• Design, develop and test features alongside other technical departments around the world.
• Lead projects/features in the design, development, deployment and support processes.
• Optimize APIs for any applications while creating and maintaining unit tests for new code as well as fix defects
• Participate in the continuous integration of automated builds and deployments, ensuring that deliverables meet functional and design requirements and specifications of the software.
• Work with engineering leadership in solving and architecting solutions for challenging or complex site/software development issues.
• Build high-quality technical projects with finesse to security and quality
• Take initiatives in developing and maintaining integrations of best practices
• Mentor (or coach) other software developers in specific technologies, languages and frameworks
• Help team members to develop their soft skills
• Manage cloud infrastructures
• Assure the security and consistency of the data and complying with best practices in data protection
• Assure quality in technical artifacts
• Provide architectural and design direction
• Control technical debt
• Promote collaboration and engagement
• Keep up to date with technologies in the domains of software engineering, finance, crypto and blockchain (DeFi, NFTs, Metaverse)
• Be naturally empathetic with everyone
• Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
