Role Overview:

We’re looking for a high-agency, execution-focused Technical Product & Operations Manager to join our fast-growing startup. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership of delivery timelines, and ensures quality without compromise.

You will work directly with the CTO to turn complex, evolving business goals into actionable engineering plans, while also overseeing sprint execution, risk management, QA, and occasional compliance/ops tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Execution & Delivery

• Translate high-level business ideas into detailed product requirements (PRDs).
• Own sprint planning: lead standups, backlog grooming, estimation, and progress tracking (e.g., in Jira or Notion).
• Coordinate with engineers and designers to align timelines and priorities.
• Highlight risks early, unblock bottlenecks, and escalate as needed to keep the team on schedule.

Quality & Testing

• Conduct parallel UAT during development to shorten feedback loops.
• Track issues, retest fixes, and drive continuous improvements in release quality.

Operations & Compliance

• Support CTO in managing project operations including documentation, budgeting support, and workflow improvement.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks including regulatory or compliance submissions, if needed.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the central node across tech, product, and leadership for updates, risks, and timelines.
• Communicate clearly, flag roadblocks early, and manage delivery expectations internally.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in product/project ops, delivery management, or technical product roles.
• Strong experience in sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and team coordination.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and rapidly shifting priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and decisive — you move projects forward.
• Hands-on with tools like Jira, Notion, GSuite, and Figma. Bonus if you can run QA/UAT yourself.
• Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a plus.
