Web3 UX and Content Strategist

We are building out our Product division and looking for experienced UX content strategists to join our growing teams across verticals. As a UX Content Strategist, you will help shape BitGo’s product experiences by setting the strategy, tone, and language for its in-product content. You will drive cohesive, consistent narratives across multiple platforms and focus on making the user experience easy, concise, and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end UX content strategy across multiple projects
• Create and implement user-centric solutions that solve user needs and business goals
• Act as the UX content stakeholder for multiple cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, and customer-facing teams
• Ensure that the product content is usable, consistent, and intuitive
• Establish and evangelize UX content standards and guidelines

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience driving end-to-end projects with cross-functional colleagues
• A firm understanding and experience creating user-centric design and product development best practices
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and organization skills
• A get-things-done attitude
• Prior experience in fintech or blockchain is nice-to-have
