Web3 Virtual Assistant - EST, Contract

Quantstamp is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team.  We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and detail-oriented to support two of our engineering leaders. In this role you will need to be tech-savvy, highly organized, and have experience working as part of a distributed team.

Your day-to-day work will involve 

• Facilitate external follow-up meetings and coordinate schedules
• Gather and organize technical information to stay informed about ongoing projects
• Provide proofreading support for both technical and non-technical documents
• Manage tickets in Jira occasionally, ensuring seamless task management
• Research and compile information on grants and hackathons across different web3 ecosystems
• Handle travel bookings efficiently
• Aid in vendor research and vetting on an as-needed basis
• Assist with general personal arrangements
• Assist in building spreadsheets and organizing data

Need to haves

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency using virtual collaboration tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic office software (GSuite, Jira, Calendly, Zoom etc)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude
• Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Some understanding of web3 and blockchain technology
• Must be available to cover EST timezone with flexible hours as needed
