Responsibilities:

• HR data entry in accordance with guidelines
• Communicate with HR Service Delivery team to retrieve supporting documents to ensure maintenance of Google Sheet
• Transfer of HR data within sheets/documents from Google Drive
• Verify accuracy of HR reports/other given tasks before each submission

Requirements:

• Strong willingness to learn
• Data-driven & Meticulous
• Flexible working arrangements (may be requested to come to office occasionally)
• Experienced in excel (i.e. understand vlookup/pivot table functions)
• 3 months full-time commitment
