This position will grow and operate the Binance Gift Card ecosystem through integrated and creative growth strategies targeting global users. To succeed in this role, strong operations, business acumen and marketing experiences are required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective and measurable growth and user retention plan
- Manage and monitor product visibility and overall ROI across internal and external channels
- Formulate GTM plan for partnershipsÂ
- Drive and implement cross-functional initiatives with internal teams
- Conduct regular data analysis and evaluation on growth initiatives
- Build framework to increase the efficiency of merchant and retail user growth tracking
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product operations role, preferably in tech/internet companies
- Knowledge and experience in marketing is a plus
- Exceptional communication and organization skills in English - verbal, written and presentation, Chinese is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and internal stakeholder relationship management
- Result-oriented mindset with meticulous coordination skills
- Proven experience in growing user base and owning projects
- Highly analytical - capable of drawing insights from large data sets and measuring results of user operations activities
- Strong and proven ability to work well and quickly adapt to changes in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends is a plus.
