Let’s go!  Your mission Join us as a Global CRM Specialist to execute engaging CRM campaigns across multiple markets. Based in Vienna, you’ll be part of a team of experts in a dynamic fintech environment, helping to craft global communications that drive engagement, retention, and product adoption. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and creative team player to grow their CRM skills in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and play a hands-on role in executing campaigns with a strong focus on localisation and high-quality delivery.   What you’ll do 

Assist in delivering global multichannel campaigns (email, push, inapp, and more). Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Analytics) to ensure campaigns are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local nuances. Support quality assurance processes to make sure every campaign meets our standards - we don’t ship anything we wouldn’t be proud of. Proactively contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and conduct tests to enhance our CRM campaigns. Stay organised and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and projects.

  Who you are 

Experience in a similar role at a company with a primarily online/mobile B2C audience (at a fintech or financial company is a plus). Familiarity with Braze or similar engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable) and confidence using tools and adapting to new systems quickly. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. Team player with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-growing, diverse team environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Based in Vienna or willing to relocate. What’s in it for you
