With a proven track record and unrivaled experience, Grayscale’s products operate within existing regulatory frameworks, creating secure and compliant exposure for investors.Position Summary:  Grayscale Investments is currently looking for an engineer to lead our Unqork engineering team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. With a focus on technical mentorship, strategic roadmap alignment, and cross-functional collaboration, you will champion a sustainable engineering culture. This role reports to the Head of Engineering.   Responsibilities:  

Become an expert in Unqork’s no code platform, specializing in configuration and keeping up to date on best practices.   Develop technical specs for new applications and features, outlining build in architecture diagrams. Work closely with product manager to design and implement new enterprise applications and application features.  Work closely with product manager to perform sprint planning and ticket grooming. Lead a team of offshore engineers to ensure blockers are addressed and applications are built to spec. Drive technical discussions, tech document reviews, and code assessments to ensure well-engineered, high-quality solutions.  Become an expert in all applications built through Unqork, contributing to their development and maintenance.  Investigate and resolve application issues with end users. Collaborate with technology partners to resolve software issues and provide feedback to request new feature implementation.

Qualifications: 

5+ years in software engineering, including experience in system design, architecture, and scaling. Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in technical or engineering field.   Experience working with a low code, workflow SAAS application.  Experience in creating software architecture diagrams. Software development experience coding in a general-purpose programming language.  Strong Agile proficiency with practical application to deliver incremental, high-quality solutions.  Strong understanding of REST APIs. Resourceful, analytical and enjoy solving complicated problems. Experience working in a regulated industry and/or Financial Services. Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.  Understanding of Private Fund Accounting, AML/KYC, Suitability, and Investor Onboarding is a plus.  Experience working with Internal and External Audit teams in a controlled environment.
