Kava Labs is hiring a full-time remote Business Development Representative. As a member of the North America Business Development team you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying prospects for growth and partnerships at Kava Labs. This role will be tasked with top of funnel development and collaborating with the Business Development team to win deals for Kava.

What You Will Do.

• Help grow Kava Assets Under Management (AUM): As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying new partners, qualifying and developing a relationship and passing the opportunities to our Business Development Managers.
• Sales Strategy: Develop creative approaches to prospect outreach and engagement, developing top of funnel and meeting monthly sales targets, assisting the team in reaching overall business objectives
• Partnership to stakeholders: Be the first point of contact in the Business Development team, providing prospective clients with an in-depth understanding of Kava’s products, services, and marketplace while ensuring a seamless transition in handoff to the Business Development Managers.

Who You Are.

• 2+ years of full-time experience in sales (inbound and/or outbound) within Saas, Fintech, Technology, or like industry.
• Experience with data management, recording activity in CRMs (Hubspot experience is a plus!)
• A tenacious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating a dynamic start up environment
• Enthusiasm for crypto with an interest in a career in sales and in the Defi space
• Familiar with the emerging DeFi landscape and what differentiates Kava Labs from other crypto organizations
