Responsibilities
- Manage independent accounts, execute orders for the company, report and analyze the execution details
- Research, implement, and monitor the trend following/CTA strategies
- Conduct the post trade analysis
- Familiar with the trading process, control the risk exposure properly to reduce the volatility and probabilities of tail events, improve the risk-adjusted performance
- Monitor the team position book and related markets closely
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantitative analysis and trading, especially familiar with the trend following/CTA strategies
- Strong skills at sizing or timing the trend following/CTA strategies
- Compression ability is strong, can work under high pressure efficiently
- Familiar with Python programming
- Previous crypto trading experience is a big plus
