What you’ll do 👀

• Be the central point of contact leading our relationship with our financial services providers (eg, banks, crypto exchanges, etc.)
• Support our financial services providers with their onboarding and related questions regarding MoonPay’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies
• Work alongside our Compliance, Finance and Accounting teams to answer any questions from our internal teams about our financial services providers and vice-versa
• With a Kaizen mindset, suggest improvements to our onboarding and compliance processes to make them more scalable and robust across geographies

• You enjoy creating new relationships and expanding your network
• You are a fast learner that quickly understand processes and operations across different departments
• You are a great communicator with good negotiation skills
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy the challenges that come with it
• You live by 80/20 and can continuously prioritize your work

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Recruiter call (20-30 minutes)
• Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
• Final interview (2 hours)
