However, getting into DeFi today is a very challenging process. Consumers should not be expected to understand blockchain technicalities to avail a financial service. This is a serious adoption problem in DeFi, and one that Pillow aims to solve.

This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining Pillow's mobile experiences on Android and iOS.

Technology

• Ideate, design, and build mobile interactions that make crypto investing feel safe, secure, and simple
• Work with designers to flesh out Pillow's product vision, and execute it on Pillow's mobile experience
• Work with leading enterprise blockchain service providers and manage their integrations
• Identify and evolve Pillow's technology stack to keep up with key developments in the DeFi ecosystem

Leadership

• Hire the best mobile engineers and build a team capable of shipping high-quality software in lean teams
• Develop and execute strategies that continuously up-skill engineers, keep them motivated, and ensure they have meaningful career progressions
• Represent Pillow's vision and mission to the engineering team and beyond, and be the voice of the customer
