·       Proactively contribute to the creative output of the team

·       Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development

·       Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

·       Collaborate with product designer and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience

·       Work with different levels of prototyping tools such as Principle, Invision, Protopie, Framer or Axure RP

·       Ability to design for web, mobile, tablet, smart TV and many different devices

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field (Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Product Design, Industrial Design etc.) or relevant agency or extensive UI/UX design experience

·     5+ years of experience in UX/UI

·       A design system has been created in advance or a design development has been made according to a previously created design system.

·       Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

·       Knowledge of design and prototype

·       Strong understanding of Designs System and DesignOps (nice to have)

·       Highly proficient with Figma

·       Collaborate closely with product designer and developers

 

 

·       Working with Agile Methodologies

·       Portfolio
