As the Head of Product, you will be at the forefront of our product development, playing a key role in steering our offerings in the Web3 gaming space. Your ability to collaborate effectively with the Head of Engineering will be crucial in achieving seamless integration of technology and product design. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic product leadership, deep market analysis, cross-functional team collaboration, partner and stakeholder management, and comprehensive product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure technological feasibility and alignment with engineering capabilities.
• Perform deep market analysis, focusing on gaming and blockchain trends, and integrate these insights into product development, in partnership with engineering.
• Lead product teams, ensuring close collaboration with engineering to align on product development, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders, aligning their feedback with product and engineering teams for cohesive product evolution.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, coordinating with engineering on implementation and innovation.
