For our business development team, we are looking for a Business Analyst - Blockchain Gaming, who is very strong in assessing potential future games - prior to their launch - that our gamers may enter. You are the one gaming partners need to convince with their project to get us engaged and invested.

Your tasks and accountabilities:

• Define a systematic process for assessing sourcing opportunities of both fungible and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) of blockchain P&E games pre-launch
• Deep analysis of all aspects of the games, incl. prospected gameplay, team capabilities, advisor & investor network, growth marketing, game economy, tech infrastructure etc.
• Forecasting of future cash flows based on scenarios you define and sensitivity analysis for those scenarios
• Prepare papers, incl. presentation decks, analysis reports, research papers and other materials to support decision making
• Establish a proper but lean due diligence plan for those opportunities
• Support negotiations with game studios & developers
• Identify gaming partnership opportunities by understanding current and upcoming market trends, analyzing competitors and do business intelligence
• Collaborate with our marketing team to share insights on the blockchain gaming market to be used on our communication channels

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, banking or any other related field.
• 2 to 3 years experience in investment banking, M&A, equity research, consulting or similar.
• Strong skills related but not limited to financial analysis, organizational analysis, business model analysis.
• Very good at using spreadsheets for complex calculations and analysis.
• 1-2 years experience in the crypto industry, ideally GameFi.
• Strong understanding of different tokenomics
• Being a gamer at heart, professional touchpoints to the gaming industry in the past are a plus.
• Detail-oriented combined with the ability to deliver under time-constraints.
• Ability to break down complex concepts and terminology.
• Ability to work independently (also remote) while collaborating closely with a fast-pacing team.
• Fluency in English is a must.
