Job Responsibilities:

• Take care of all deflection tools that the company uses;
• Analyze user patterns to better understand where we can improve our deflection tools;
• Monitor deflection rates;
• Deep dive into customers' cases to get a better grasp of where the customers are having difficulties navigating through our services;
• Take into account stakeholders' feedback in improving the deflection rates;
• Create daily/weekly reports;
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders;
• Identify, manage, and facilitate deflection opportunities;
• Coordinate with internal and external resources involved in deflection projects

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of customer support lifecycle;
• Experience with different customer support platforms and mediums;
• Understanding of automation and automation processes;
• Familiarity with networking concepts;
• Experience with programming languages;
• Ability to analyze data and customer tendenciesStrong knowledge of the company structure and responsibilities;
• Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends;
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to time-manage and multi-task.
