Who You Are:

As a Community Manager, you are responsible for the community’s happiness. This includes being the face of the brand, delivering important announcements with clarity, addressing any community’s concern and increasing community engagement.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and knows how to manage a company’s social media presence. Strong and clear communication with our core team and our community members will be crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with our online and offline community by driving quality conversations.
  • Interacting with new, existing and potential community members on a regular basis.
  • Supervise, develop and train our team of moderators to address issues in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Provide high level technical and product/service support.
  • Connect with the technical teams to translate complex technical solutions into actionable actions for end users.
  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation in both text and video formats to lower contact ratio.
  • Publish announcements and content that meets the brand’s communication >
  • Organize Twitter Spaces and Discord AMA Sessions with the community.
