We are looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer with exceptional craft, speed, and creativity to join our design team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts, especially on social platforms like X, and translating complex concepts into visually appealing and engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Design and Social Lead to develop and execute creative and innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our web3 audience.
• Utilize our brand identity to create compelling visuals that bootstrap our community and elevate our social presence.
• Translate complex web3 concepts into easily understandable and visually appealing graphics.
• Design a wide range of digital content, including social media graphics, web assets, and marketing materials.
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining an extremely high standard of craft.
• Contribute to experiential design projects, creating immersive and engaging experiences for our audience.

Requirements

• Experience in visual/brand design with a strong portfolio showcasing high craft.
• Expertise in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and social media content.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Strong understanding and experience in the web3 space.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in motion design is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
