We are looking for a product leader who can work with the Digital Solutions and Platform teams and lead the design, development and implementation of CoinFlip's next generation Crypto features. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the feature management roadmap and align it with overall organizational goals
• Understand the users’ utility needs and pain-points; advocate for feature management that address real problems
• Drive the features management specifications and definitions via well-written stories and assist a team of incredibly smart developers to execute in an agile environment
• Communicate roadmap, tactical plans and execution updates to all levels in the company
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• B.S. in a STEM field
• Must have 5+ years of direct Product Owner experience 
• Must have 5+ years of experience in developing Feature Management solutions
• Hands on experience working in an Agile environment
• A builder with extensive experience in product design and development
• Exceptional communicator with strong written, oral and presentation skills
• Working knowledge and passion for Crypto / Blockchain technologies and the possibilities that they offer to achieve economic inclusion for all

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the crypto (not required), tech or financial services sectors 
• Experience working for a rapidly growing startup, and managing change 
• Graduate degree is a plus
